Rice Noodles-

Rice noodles are made from rice flour and water, so they are naturally gluten free. They are very versatile, and noodles of varying thickness can be used to make Pad Thai or Pad See Ew. The noodle is commonly used in Vietnamese pho, and rice noodles are also common in Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian cooking.

 

Glass Noodles

Also known as cellophane noodles, are call so because they become translucent when cooked. These noodles are made from mung bean, yam, or potato starches, which means they are also naturally gluten-free and also quite versatile

 

Pad Thai Noodles

These specific type of rice noodles called vermicelli, and are specifically used in Pad Thai. These noodles soften just by soaking, and don’t require a boiling pot of water. After a three minute soak, these noodles are ready to be stir-fried and enjoyed!
